Carole Nielson married Gardell Grundvig and in Copenhagen, Denmark there is a Cathedral named the Grundtvig Cathedral.  The church was named after Gardell's Great Uncle.  

The story behind the church is they used it to copy the
 Oz Castle in the Wizard of Oz. 

By the way, there is a church in Esbjerg named after him, too.  Nikolai Frederick Severin Grundtvig was one of our most famous psalm writers and is known by all people in Denmark. One of our most famous Christmas songs is written by him. "Det kimer nu til julefest".
